When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred model of interest, and any message you choose to include.

We also collect minimal anonymous analytics about how our site is used, through Vercel Analytics and Plausible. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracker that identifies individual visitors.

Your enquiry is read by a Bamborgini specialist and used only to respond to you. We do not share your contact details with any third party, including our dealer network, without your explicit permission.

If you opt in to our newsletter, we use your email only to send occasional editorial content from the atelier. You may unsubscribe at any time, and your address will be deleted from our list within seven days.

Active enquiries are retained for 24 months after first contact. If you have not become a client within that window, your record is archived and further communication is suspended unless you write to us again.

Client records — those connected to a confirmed commission, test drive, or viewing — are retained for the life of the client relationship, in accordance with Italian commercial record-keeping law.

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@bamborgini.com. We respond to all such requests within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) if you believe we have mishandled your data.
